Diolch am ddarlen fy nhudalen Just Giving.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Llynedd bu farw fy nhad annwyl o gancr y prostate. Dim ond 77 oed oedd e. Dyma stori pam 'dwi a fy mam am gwblhau'r sialens a chodi arian:
On the 22nd January last year my lovely dad, Stan Stevens, died suddenly from the effects of Prostate Cancer. He was only 77. He had Alzheimers Disease. We were fortunate that although greatly affected by Alzheimers, and needing full time care from my mum, he still knew and recognised us all up to the day before he died. Lots of families are not this fortunate and spend many years having completely lost the person they once knew, although this person may still be physically fit and able. Advances are being made in Alzheimers diagnosis and treatment but the research is costly and it would mean a lot to me to be able to contribute to this work.
My amazing mum and I are going to complete the 'Thames Path Challenge', walking 100k in 24 hours in September to raise money for this great charity, wish us luck!
Byddaf yn cerdded yn aml yn ardal Aberogwr i baratoi am y daith, gyda fy nghi fyddlon Jac - croeso i unrhywun ymuno unrhyw bryd!
I will be out walking & training in Aberogwr / Ogmore by Sea regularly in preparation, with my trusty walking companion Jac Terrier Jones; anyone who fancies joining in is more than welcome!
