As some of may or may not know myself and the one and only Louise Blurton will be running the 2014 Virgin London Marathon in aid of the NDCS (National Deaf Children Society).

This is a charity close to both of our hearts as we are lucky enough to have a little boy named Jake Placey in our lives who was born with  a genetic condition resulting in him being almost profoundly deaf. Jake is one of the happiest children we know with a huge character to boot and the NDCS have assisted him and his doting parents Emma and Adam all the way through their journey.

So people, dig deep for this amazing charity, and wishing me and Louise a bit of luck on the way wouldn't hurt as we both near on have a panic attack at the throught of running 26 miles!! :)
