Three of us are taking part in a sprint triathlon (swimming 400m, cycling 20km and running 5km) for charity on the 16^th of May. The charity is Bridge 2 Aid,  people who are in the dental profession will most probably have heard of it. They do a fantastic job in that they are helping to improve dental care in by training up local people to provide emergency dental care, have set up a dental clinic and provide education and community projects so that there is a long term sustainable solution to improve the local people’s oral health.
