At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.  I'm running the 10k for the Alzheimer's Society, which works to improve the lives of people with dementia in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.  In the North West of England alone, more than 80,000 people are living with dementia.

Just £5 could pay for one person to attend a half hour session at a monthly Dementia Cafe, providing information and support for people with dementia and their carers.  Please donate today, it really does make a difference.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
