This year 2 teams of Veritau staff (with a little help from our friends at City of York Council) will be running in the Yorkshire Marathon Relay. Each person will be running between 3 and 6 miles so that each team covers a full marathon between them - a much more enjoyable way of running a marathon we think, but still a chance to challenge ourselves whilst raising money for a fantastic charity.

We are raising money for St. Leonard's Hospice, a charity that provides invaluable palliative care and support for many members of our local community with life limiting illnesses. Although the charity receives some public funding they rely heavily on donations and fundraising by the local community, and we would like to do what we can to help them continue doing great work.
