I'm 50! Pauline Ballantyne set me a challenge and I accepted. Pauline is also taking part as well as quite a few others but we are asking for sponsorship for this fantastic charity. 

Rowan was tragically taken far too young, a beautiful boy with an incredible smile. Rowans family tirelessly raise funds to help young athletes in the Borders. My daughter Beth, supported by the Trust from almost day one of her swimming career. Without this financial support it would have been almost impossible to travel the length and breadth of the country for competitions and training camps. 

So it's time to give something back! Totally out of my comfort zone but with support from Pauline and the crew I will do this!
