So last year we gave triathlons a whirl. We survived the washing machine style seas to complete the Brighton Tri. This year we’ve decided to take on the challenge of a murky lake swim ... yuck! Lucky Lou gets to swim for longer - because of injury she is aquabiking-it and leaving the running to Leanne & Sophie. Not sure who is the luckiest!?
