Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. James is running the Hackney half marathon (first half marathon) for microtia uk. When our son Noah was born we were told he has one smaller ear and this is something called microtia. This was all the information we were given. Microtia uk helped us to understand what microtia is and what this might mean for Noah growing up and has enabled us to ask questions of other parents and older children and adults that have microtia themselves. We still face lots of uncertainty as Noah likely has another condition associated with microtia but Noah is an amazing little boy and we are sure that microtia won’t stand in the way of anything he wants to achieve.
