This is it! The biggest challenge yet!

First of all, I would like to thank each and every one of your for your sponsorship and support over the last 4 years of me completing these challenges. I have managed to raise over £4500 so far for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. This money has made a significant difference to the charity, so I am going to continue trying to raise as much money as possible!

I have made a decided that this year I will set myself the biggest challenge yet! The London Marathon 2016. This is a very daunting challenge for me, but I'm sure that if I put enough training in, that I will be able to do it!

As many of you know, my mum Elizabeth lost her battle with Leukaemia in August 2012. My mum was lucky enough to be treated in The Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton and since she was diagnosed in 2011 I have made a commitment to keep raising as much money as possible for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

4 years ago I never thought I would ever have an interest to watch the London Marathon, let alone enter it! I bet my mother would be shocked if she knew that I’ve gone from running 5k once a year; to 26.2miles with training every week. I hope she would be proud and on the day she will be with me and spurring me on!
