The 100k for Hobbsy team are starting with a new challenge this month in support of Headway Cardiff and south east. Like alot of smaller charities headway have struggled through the last year so we will be giving it everything we have to raise as much as possible for them this month. The challenge this month will be a personal one chosen by the participant. That could be anything from 100 sit ups a day, 100 flights of stairs a week or 100km run/walk a month the choice is thiers. so lets get out there and continue to do it for Hobbsy and for Headway
