Story

My name is Lucas and I am 11 years old. I came into the world with a bang back in 2011, when I was diagnosed with Down Syndrome shortly after birth. Since then I have grown into a happy, healthy, clever little boy who although has to work extra hard to reach my milestones- I am smashing it!

Like many others, every year my family, friends and I like to raise awareness of Down’s Syndrome by wearing odd socks to celebrate world Down’s Syndrome day.  We have decided to continue to celebrate by raising funds for the DSA in order to show our appreciation and support them to continue all their hard work.

The DSA’s mission is to create the conditions that all people with Down’s Syndrome need to live full and rewarding lives.

This cause is important to us because the DSA has provided our family with lots of information, advice, support, positive encouragement and stories when things have been tough.

🎉🎉🎉🎉 A BIG thank you to all our supporters so far! It is much appreciated 🎉🎉

Thank you very much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page😊
