Dear family, friends and colleagues,

Many of you will already be aware that Catri Drummond and I have been training up to take part in the Great North Run in memory of Swiggy and to raise money for cancer charity Maggie's , who provided sensitive support to both Swiggy and I during and after his treatment. 

The 13 mile Great North Run is no easy task (we are no Olympians!), but we will have memories of Swig and his incredible determination to spur us on.

Please sponsor us and help us raise money for Maggie's so they can continue to provide vital support to people effected by cancer.
