Well guys the heels are out again in readiness for the descent into the Grand Canyon. Since the Sky Dive I have fallen in love with pushing my boundaries and facing my fears. So with Kilimanjaro conquered and a few other 'little' climbs up I have decided to climb down this time into the Grand Canyon and undertake a trek at the bottom.  Please help me to reach my target, whatever your donation it will be gratefully received and we can help put smiles on the faces of the children and families who rely on this wonderful Hospice.  Thank you x
