I’ve struggled with PTSD, anxiety and depression for the past 15 years and at times these conditions have significantly disrupted my life. The resources provided by Mind have been invaluable whenever I’ve needed them so I would like to do what I can to give back to this fantastic cause. 

Now that my hair reaches all the way down to my waist, it’s going to be quite a shock to cut it so short! I will be donating the hair itself to The Little Princess Trust so it can be used in the wigs they make for children and young people with cancer. Natural hair wigs are usually very expensive and prices can mount up to £2,000. http://www.littleprincesses.org.uk/
