Paddy and I both ran 10k today in Victoria Park in aid of Cancer Research and true to form totally forgot to get any sponsorship before the event. Paddy finished the race in 48 minutes and I finished in 49 minutes.  So, if you are feeling generous and fancy donating some money to a good cause, please go ahead.
