This charity is very close to both of our hearts.
We will be walking 9km with our little boys & girls and Our team is called We Remember and in our team is Claire & gracie Kingdon walking alongside with Lucy, Dylan, dewi, and arya Norris.
We are raising not just money for this amazing charity but more awareness too.
It's not just for the people who have to live & go through this horrible disease, but their families & loved ones too, each day is different, everyday is a struggle.
