We have foolishly signed up to run the 2011 Great North Run in September, not only will we have to run 13.1 miles, but we also have to go all the way up north to Newcastle to do it!! Our goal is to run the entire distance and finish in a time that isn’t too embarrassing! We are running for the rather sexy charity ‘Beating Bowel Cancer’ because cancer has affected our family in the last year and around 100 people are diagnosed with bowel cancer every day. We want to raise as much money as we can for this fantastic charity who work really hard to help all those affected. The lovely Hollie and Matt Connell are also running for their own charities and between us we hope to raise a significant amount of money by taking part in this race!  We are excited and scared, so please help us run all the way to the end by sponsoring us!
