Hi, thanks for taking the time to look at my page.

In January 2017 I was diagnosed with a brain tumour, the following treatments of chemo and radio therapy alongside various drugs took its toll on my body making exercise impossible. I found Gemma and her charity(MOVE) through a hospital nurse by chance but it turned out to be perfect as I'm not sure where I'd be right now without her support.

Gemma worked with me 1 on 1 for several weeks to help me regain my confidence to exercise again. She helped me to focus on what I could do and not what I couldn't do, which is the perfect mantra for anyone struggling to find motivation.

I am running this wolf run to show how far I have come since my first session with Gemma, I genuinely don't think I would be where I am today without the help she gave me in the beginning.

I''d like to raise money in the hope that it will allow Gemma and her team to help more people like me.
