In 2007, my nan sadly passed away after a long battle with cancer. This drilled a massive hole in my heart because she weren't just my nan, but my best friend. We always laughed, she always shared stories from a long time ago and she was also the funniest person in the world. But in a flash, she got taken into hospital and sadly passed away. I am doing the Brighton marathon because I care how other people's feelings get hurt after losing someone close to them and am raising money to help stop this horrible disease spreading any further. We need to stop this. We can stop this together!!!!!
