Lydia runs a Half Marathon

Ealing Half Marathon 2016 · 25 September 2016 ·
My dad died at kings 6 years ago, after 2 weeks between wards and spending his last week in the critical care unit. Despite the outcome - the treatment he received and the care that was given to him by all doctors and nurses was so overwhelming, I have felt ever indebted. I will forever be grateful for everything Kings did for us.
Since my dads time in hospital I have also had two operations there and made a full recovery.
I have had a fab niece born there and not to mention all the care the
hospital has given to various friends and family.
My family, friends and I still live in the area and I would like to show
my enduring gratitude by raising money for the hospital.
I was shocked and perhaps naive to learn that much of the NHS relies on private donations and fundraising to afford adequate equipment required.
So please help me out and give generously or as much as you can afford - even giving a little will make a difference!
(Plus I am absolutely terrified!)
