In 2017 our mother took her own life following a long battle with depression.

Mental health is a huge issue around the world and we want to help the people in our community who are suffering.

Since losing our mother, our family has received support from the great people at FDAMH.

By hosting a Sausage Fest, we want to raise awareness of mental illness amongst young men.

At the end of this month I will be running the Edinburgh Half Marathon. I will be running in memory of my mother and raising money for FDAHM.
