I’m raising funds for this wonderful place Parklea Branching Out. This is a place where everyone is included, where they feel happy and their skills developed. As many of you know our family lost my wee sister Helen in May, Helen was a big part of Parklea and Parklea was a big part of Helen. Helen loved going to “work” and here she was able to be Helen regardless of her disability and what restrictions she faced. We as a family are delighted that Helen was able to experience this side of life and even in recent years when her health failed, the people of Parklea were by her side making sure Helen had a role within their community. I just want to express my appreciation for everything this wonderful place does and continues to do for our community! Go check the website out...it’s an amazing place to visit 😊
