Whilst most of us sit at home in a nice warm environment, it's at this time of year especially  that we worry about those less fortunate who sleep rough in freezing conditions. I work in the middle of Northampton town and see the homeless sleeping in doorways each and every day and this seems to be getting worse.

As lettings Manager of Harrison Murray lettings we are very passionate about helping charities and this one is especially close to our hearts. Owned by The Nottingham Building Society our main emphasis is helping the homeless across the country.

Ian and I recently got married in Cyprus and feel very privileged to have had the support and love form our friends and family who joined us at this special time. We can easily lose sight of what is important and think only of ourselves but what would life be like without this support and love?

The homeless do not have this luxury and for what ever reason, they have found themselves to be in this situation. It just makes me and my husband Ian sleep a bit better at night knowing we are doing our bit. By experiencing their plight even just for one night in the middle of winter, will give us an insight to how it must truly be for them.

The Northampton Golf Club where Ian is the captain is also very supportive of this charity, thank you so much for those members who have already donated.
