Hi everyone,

Believe it or not, I will be running, YES you heard right, running the Glasgow 10k on 1st October 2017. I aim to finish the run on the same day :)

I have decided to run for Womans Aid charity. This is a charity which does exceptional work to assist women and children in our community who are and have been a victim of domestic violence which includes physical, sexual, financial, emotional and psychological abuse. I feel this is a truly worthwhile cause and something that is extremely close to my heart.

Please dig deep people and lets make our contribution to eradicate this unacceptable, abhorrent and anti social behaviour from our community. By doing this run I want to  raise awareness on this subject which is seldom talked about but unfortunately happening in our everyday lives.

Although we cant change what has happened in the past, we can all work together to change the future.
