As many of you will know Jim's grandson, Dixon suffers from PMD which is a very rare form of Leukodystrophy.  This is a very rare condition which is not known to many people.  

Jim always had a keen interest in helping Dixon and the family with anything to benefit Dixons day to day life and wellbeing.  Dixon always has a smile on his face and always had one for his Grandad Jim.  

Jim recently passed away and this is exactly where he would want any donations directed to this charity.
