Story

It's Mental Health Awareness Week and at MAG-O, we're raising money for Samaritans Manchester & Salford by putting on a range of activities that promote good mental health and well-being both in the workplace and at home.

Monday - we have our very own endorphin-boosting smoothie bar
Tuesday - Prana Yoga Soul teacher Kerry Whitelegg is running a yoga class
Wednesday - psychologist Jenny Ingram is taking us through a mindfulness class
Thursday - Robert Jackson, Director of Samaritans Manchester & Salford, is joining us for a mental health workshop
Friday - Urban Massage will be giving 15 minute head and shoulder massages

All week, our staff will be making donations for each activity they take part in. If you'd like to make a donation too, please do so on this page!

About the charity
