Last April, I ran my first ever marathon in Brighton. It would have been very easy to stop running after that but I didn’t. I’ve made sure I’ve been out at least 2 - 3 times a week keeping up my fitness and improving my stamina and pace over long runs. I decided on an even bigger challenge which is to run the Manchester, Brighton and London marathons on the 8th, 15th and 22nd April 2018 respectively. All of this is to raise money for Shooting Star Chase children’s hospice, who gave such good care and support to Elsie Poole and her family.

All of my family and friends were so generous with their support last year and I appreciate you taking the time to read through my new Just Giving page. It all helps to give me the determination to keep up the long distance training and succeed in completing the three marathons.
