Hi There!

Karen and myself have decided to ride the 1,017 miles (1,636 Km) from Land's End to John O'Groates over 13 consecutive days starting on May 11th. That means we will need to average 78 miles (125 Km) per day taking us hopefully somewhere between 6 to 8 hours per day in the saddle depending on the climbs! The daily ascent will range from a 200 to 2000 metres per day. We are doing this unsupported carrying all our own gear. We are both supporting our own charities. Karen is cycling to raise money for 'Riding For The Disabled' http://www.justgiving.com/KBend2end and I am riding to raise money for the RNLI. Every penny donated is another penny well spent on two great causes. So please give as much as you can to one or both of our charities!
