Belfast City Marathon 2014 · 5 May 2014 ·

Motor Neurone Disease moves fast. It takes away time, it takes away independence and it has no cure. Every day we support people affected by MND. We fund ground-breaking research. We campaign for better care. We’re here for everyone who needs us. Because with MND, every day matters.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the JustGiving page of Alana Hughes, Conor Hughes, Sinead McCoy, Niamh McIlduff and Laith Al-Modhefer.

We are taking part in the Belfast City Marathon 2014 as a relay team in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association, and are so grateful for your support.

MND currently has no cure, and 5 people a day in the UK lose their fight against this illness. However, the money raised through our page will go towards changing this, and also to offer support to those suffering from MND and their families.

As well as funds being essential, awareness is vital. We hope that through promoting our fundraising we can make steps towards decreasing the ignorance around this rare condition.

Your donations and encouragement are immensely appreciated, thank-you!:)
