Pretty Muddy Stamford 5k 2016 11:30 · 4 June 2016 ·

We‘re the world‘s leading cancer charity dedicated to saving and improving lives through research. We fund research into the prevention, detection and treatment of more than 200 types of cancer through the work of over 4,000 scientists, doctors and nurses.

Story

A group of around 15 of us ladies will be ditching our heels and donning trainers to join the Pink Army and tackle a muddy 5k obstacle course this June in support of Cancer Research UK. Crawling through tunnels, over ropes and across tyres covered in mud isn't exactly our natural habitat but we'll do it together and hopefully have a laugh while raising money for a great cause. If nothing else the pictures of us struggling across the course and covered in dirt are surely worth a quid or five?! :) Watch this space for hilarious training pics! Any support you can give is hugely appreciated!

The Team: Natasha, Melanie, Naomi, Gemma, Miranda, Jade, Paulina, Wendy, Ola, Ala, Weronika, Pat, Nelly, Suzy, Sophie
