At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Graeme and I have joined together to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society charity to support people like Graeme living with Dementia. If you are free on the day and would like to join us we would welcome the support. Simply sign up to join our team!

Alternatively if you would prefer to make a donation we would very much appreciate that too. Every penny helps. You'll see our team fundraising target on the right. Your donation can really help us smash this goal. We are well on our way to hit our target, but every additional penny is very much appreciated. So please dig deep and donate now.

Around 225,000 people develop dementia every year – that’s the equivalent to one person every three minutes. This September and October Memory Walks will be taking place across England, Wales and Northern Ireland to raise money for a world without dementia. Arm in arm, step by step and pound by pound, we will get there. Once you donate, Just Giving will send your money directly to the Alzheimer's Society. So it’s the most efficient way to raise money – saving time and cutting costs for the charity. Please dig deep and help us walk for a world without dementia.
