Come 22nd April, the two of us will be embarking on our first marathon. While we both will be running 26.2 miles, we will be running 785 miles apart - Henry in Madrid, Josh in sunny London.

Despite these distances, we will be sharing every stride in the memory of one amazing man. On 28th January 2018, we lost the best person you could ever hope to know - Rajen Mahendra. The kindest, happiest, most selfless gent - what brought us together every time was sport (even if the thought of us two running a marathon was probably beyond us all).

So, we wish to use this opportunity to raise money for the Karuna Trust, a cause chosen by Rajen's family in his memory. Karuna exists to end caste-based discrimination, poverty and inequality in India and Nepal. Karuna's work with individuals focuses on education, dignified livelihoods and gender equality, transforming communities and changing society.
