Hello, my name is Madelaine and I am running to raise money for
TRIBE Freedom Foundation whom is on a mission to fight modern slavery and end human trafficking. They work by raising awareness of trafficking, supporting survivors and enabling frontline projects to prevent modern slavery. They also empower communities to create an impact. I am a student at the University of Nottingham studying International Relations, within which this term I am studying aspects of modern slavery including forced marriage and child exploitation. Thus, I was drawn naturally to this charity, who are known for their immense endurance events!

Training for this event has been difficult as I broke my ribs 6 weeks ago but I am determined to still complete it and am slowly building back up again with the help of Chris Dominey.  

I am hoping to raise £10 per km for this incredible foundation, if you wish to sponsor an entire km it would be great if you could add a song to your message that I could listen to to motivate me for that km!
