I am her again ,to tell you what happy I was last 11 Sep in Hyde Park in London running for a Social Aid!! …is very rewarding to help so those who need us!!! was very exciting to see so many people running to raise funds for humanitarian aid groups!!
I also know that most of you are dealing with your own lives, their problems and responsibilities and striving to reach your own goals .Therefore I am sincerely grateful that you have taken a few minutes of your valuable time reading my mail.

FOCSA is a UK charity, very close to my heart, which raises funds in the UK to help to improve the lives of the most disadvantaged children of Colombia.
Over the years, FOCSA has been able to help the most vulnerable Colombian children, living in inaccessible and deprived areas, affected by internal conflict and displacement, through the provision of medical, educational and other necessary equipment to institutions that have been set up to help these children...
FOCSA is entirely run by a team of committed, energetic and enthusiastic volunteers who give up their spare time to help FOCSA with the only reward of ensuring that FOCSA achieves its mission. So, your entire donations will go directly to one of FOCSA’s projects in Colombia.

Como alguno de vosotros sabéis he participado el pasado 11 de Septiembre en una caminata en el Hyde Park en Londres con el fín de recolectar fondos para esta noble causa.Fué muy emocionante estar en medio de tantas personas y grupos de diferentes organizaciones de ayuda humanitaria,corriendo ,caminando todas con un mismo fín…!
Vuelvo a tocar a vuestros corazones para que hagáis una pequeña donación ,de acuerdo a vuestras capacidades económicas o simplemente al presupuesto que tengáis dispuesto para colaborar con alguna obra benefica.
Sé también que cada uno tiene sus propios problemas y preocupaciones diarias , pero si tomamos unos minutos de nuestro tiempo y miramos abajo de nosotros, vemos que hay quienes necesitan también de nuestra ayuda y es gratificante poder aportar un granito de arena, a quienes también lo necesitan y nos lo agradecerán. El que dá ,recibe! Pero lo mejor, es la satisfacción que queda de haber ayudado y en este caso al Hospital San Antonio,de Tuta Boyacá ( COLOMBIA) para que los niÑos pobres de éste pueblo tengan atención médica!! HOY POR TÍ ,MAÑANA POR MÍ…!!
Todavía tenéis tiempo de hacer vuestras donaciones hasta finales de Octubre y aportar asi sean 5 euros ,pesos ,dólares ,pounds…? Seguro que no os quedáis pobres y en cambio ,se multiplicará esa cantidad porque la estáis haciendo circular en bien de los demás!!i

FOCSA está totalmente a cargo de un equipo de voluntarios comprometidos,con energía y entusiasmo que renuncian a su tiempo libre a ayudar a FOCSA, con la única recompensa de asegurar que FOCSA cumple con su misión. Por lo tanto, sus donaciones irán directamente a uno de los proyectos de FOCSA en Colombia,ésta vez para el hospital San Miguel en Tuta (Boyacá) y su unidad móvil para la atención médica a los pequeÑos desplazados.
