As some of you may be aware Maggie's Centres London Night Hike takes place on Friday 21st September 2012. Maggie's Centres are a registered charity providing support to people living with cancer and the fundraising activities like the Night Hike make a huge difference to the services they can provide raising £500k last year, enough to fund one Maggie's Centre for a whole year.

If this is not enough to pull at your heart strings then spare a thought for each of us having to spend our Friday night on a 10 mile hike with our colleagues (mentioning no names!).
