I'm running the Bupa 10K for Crohn's.

As most of you know, I was diagnosed with Crohn's eight years ago.  It's been a roller coaster of a ride so far!

If you are able to, please donate a little so that more research etc is conducted in finding a cure for Crohn's and also for other people to get the support that they need whilst living with Crohn's Disease.
