Following the tragic death of our beautiful daughter Maia Lily Douglas from Degos disease on the 7th September 2013, I have decided to run 10k with my brother in law Marc Eden and my cousin Nick Alexander to raise money for Rosie's Rainbow, a charity which provides grief support for families who suffer the loss of a child.  

We as bereaved parents to Maia Lily, are supported through our journey of grief, we are comforted and have the opportunity to talk about her freely and reflect on our loss.  Helping us to heal through this traumatic experience and allowing us time to accept our grieving process.  An amazing gift we could not be without.

We hope to raise as much money as possible so that other bereaved parents and siblings can continue to receive this amazing support.
