As many of you know, I completed the Ride London in 2017, but please note that I have not so much as looked at a bike since then... instead I have eaten lots of chocolate and drunk lots of wine so this will certainly be a challenge!! Kev on the other hand hasn’t been on a bike in about 10 years... 

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures.
