Welcome to the Make-A-Wish Foundation Mother's Day Quiz!

Make-A-Wish UK is a national charity, founded in 1986, which grants magical wishes to children and young people living with life-threatening conditions. We are aiming to grant 1,000 wishes this year to just some of the 20,000 children in the UK fighting life-threatening illnesses. To do that, we need to raise £6.8 million in 2012. We have an exclusive Mother's Day quiz! So if you'd like to win either a nice box of luxury chocolates or a bottle of sparkling champers, please make a donation on this page of £2 or more - but please don't tick the Gift Aid box, as we we're not allowed to accept Gift Aid on this quiz.

The link below will grant you access to our simple two-round quiz, all questions having a 'Mothers' theme. Please type out your numbered answers in an email and send it to info@makeawish.org.uk, with 'Mother's Day Quiz' in the subject line, making sure to let us have your name, email address, JustGiving Donation Reference Number (important - please don't enter if you haven't donated) and preference re champagne or chocolates. The entrant with the highest number of correct answers will win; in the event of a tie, a random draw will decide the winner.   

The winner will be contacted after 3.00pm on Friday March 23rd, 2012, after which the answers will be emailed to all entrants (please state in your email if you don't want to receive the answers).

If you prefer to print off the quiz, fill it in and fax it to us, you can do so on 01276 40 50 81 - but it MUST reach us by 3pm Friday March 23rd, 2012 at the very latest.
