Welcome to our fundraising page! 

We are a team of 13 people heading out to Malawi this summer. 

Malawi is a beautiful country in Southern Africa where amidst the beauty there is great poverty and a lack of education. As a team, we aim to resource a Primary School Library offering a space where children can read, learn, and be further supported in their education. Reading comes so naturally to so many of us, however, if you have never had access to books it makes learning to read very hard. 

Over our three-week trip, we also aim to run a holiday club in a secondary school teaching identity, faith, and extra curriculum activities such as computing, cooking, sports, critical thinking, and more where we can inspire learning and build relationships. 

The Library and Holiday Club will form a large part of the trip however some of us will also get involved in fixing vehicles, bicycles, re-building homes, stove making, feeding programs, and teaching Math and English in Primary Schools.
