I'm sure you have seen all the facts & figures around cancer, so they don't need repeating. However, we will all be affected by cancer in our lives, and the people we care about will need the best support possible.

Macmillan Cancer Support help people suffering with cancer to feel like themselves again, with such things as work, financial worries, healthcare, emotional support, and learning & development.

Having never ran 10k in my life (certainly not with an assault course thrown in the middle of it), I have challenged myself to train and prepare for this in under 2 months.
