Dear friends 

As you know i am an ageing and overweight Rebbi for whom prolonged bouts of strenuous exercise are probably unhealthy. However children with disabilities have a special place in my heart, we have one such special child in our home and Rebecca and myself bear witness everyday to how every little bit of help and respite makes a massive difference both to the child and the entire family. 

KEF in particular, having been founded and run so competently by our two dear friends - the most selfless people we know, has a very special place in our hearts.

My antics need to generate £5000 for KEF (and hopefully more) or I will have to go back to rapping again and nobody wants that to happen!
