So Thanks to Laura Johnstone and Richie Taylor, we have signed up to Tough Mudder.

You all probably know we like our fitness, but this is something else!

Tough Mudder involves plunging into freezing water/ electrocution/ sprinting up mud-ridden half pipes to name a few, for 12 muddy miles.

We are raising money for a charity that I volunteered for 'Grassroots Suicide Prevention'. Mental Health is a subject that is very close to my heart, on a personal and professional level. There are so many people out there suffering and I am a firm believer that if we spoke to each other a little more, then mental wellbeing would improve significantly.

This charity in particular goes to extra-ordinary efforts to make a local difference to make 'Suicide' something that people are NOT afraid to talk about and something that EVERYONE can make a difference with. Take a peek here: http://prevent-suicide.org.uk/
