I'll be participating in the "Race to the King 2021" ultra marathon on 19-20 June. I'll be walking just over two marathons non-stop along the South Downs Way from Arundel to Winchester Cathedral along the English south coast. The course is 54 miles (or 87 kilometres for those who prefer metric) of perilously hilly ups and downs, and a few twists and turns, to be completed in 24 hours, so no sleep!

WHY? I'll be raising money for World Vision UK who are helping to transform vulnerable children's lives, especially during the Covid pandemic.
