Following a recent Dementia Friends session at work, the effect of Alzheimer's and Dementia on those living with the disease or carers was one that really struck a chord.  With two of my colleagues Rik and Sue having lost someone close to them to Dementia, i genuinely couldn't think of a better way to not only show my respects but do what little i could to raise awareness and funds for the cause.

The team are now all Dementia Friends and we're walking for Sue's mum and Rik's Gran.
