As Many of You Know Mum was a great believer of all that Via Wings do for our Local community, it was through Mum that I Originally got involved as a Volunteer in the Olive Branch coffee shop. After she passed away Via Wings where a great support for me through my grieving. Now I have returned as a member of The Via Wings Staff. 

So by participating in the Lisburn run I'm pushing myself to do something out of My comfort zone.... I've never been a runner, but going to give this ago. I Will need all the encourage ment that I can get.
