My Dad had suffered for years with a lung disease and was taken off the double lung transplant list due to his heart weakening, he then was diagnosed with prostate cancer in November 2019 due to his heart and lung problems Dad couldn’t receive treatment and in September this year the cancer had spread to his bladder!

Mum and Dad had always  promised each other they would look after each other at home in their last weeks of life. Dad took it to another level and lasted much longer than expected, it was tough emotionally and physically but with the help from Laurence Home Nursing Dad got his wish and passed away at home with his family! 

We as a family wouldn’t have managed without the support of Laurence Home nursing, please if you can donate to this amazing charity in memory of Eddie for others to have their last wish to be in the comfort of their own home for their last days  xx
