IDAS is a very worthy Charity that helps those persons in either abusive, sexual or violent relationships. We would like to raise money for them to help those persons affected and also, we would like to raise awareness that there is help out there for those persons suffering this kind of abuse.

This Charity not only offers support to help persons leave the abusive relationship, they also offer refuge accommodation, community based support, peer mentoring, group work and access to a free, confidential out of hours helpline.

We are delighted to be fundraising for this amazing Charity.
