The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

So it was only a matter of time until I got bored of having long hair, and I figure if i'm going to cut it all off I might as well donate it to such a cool charity!

This charity don't ask that I fund raise the money to make the hair into a wig but I think that would be a nice gesture so that is why I'm asking for £350 - the amount it takes to make a real-hair wig.

I've given myself until February 29th (leap year 'innit) to raise the money - partially because these are the coldest months and my hair asks as a decent scarf at times and partially because I’m well aware how expensive everything else is at Christmas. Hopefully it will be enough time for you to be able to give as much or little as you can and want to :)

P.s. I'm not going to shave it all off, I'm just getting a short haircut.  The minimum hair length they accept is 17cm (I think mine is currently around 50-60cm).

Also, if anyone wants to do it with me that would be wicked!
