Yes think I ve finally flipped, I ve decided to take part in my first triathlon in Salford. In my youthful middle age I will be swimming 750m with the pike in Salford Quays, cycling 20 km and running/crawling 5 km before I collapse in a heap!
So please donate as much or as little as you can to help raise funds for my Altrincham Hospital Charity, every penny counts makes a difference
